Title up top should be the testimonial name. The actual testimonial is found under Settings > Options > Excerpt. Thumbnail image is optional. Add it under Settings > Options > and upload new Thumbnail Image. Then make sure Thumbnail is toggled on - Go to the Home page, find the testimonial section, edit Design and toggle Thumbnail on.
